It’s been a while since I last reviewed a Rolex imitation. I intentionally paused the Rolex replica watches, actually. I wanted to abstract myself a little from Rolex models so that I could make objective reviews of other imitations. In general, the first thing I understood about this watch is that it has great versatility. It is something between classic and casual, which comforts me enormously, as I am a follower of the given style.

On the contrary, I do not rule out that the people around will not immediately understand that the watch you are wearing on your wrist is a Rolex. Why? Because it looks modest, and at the same time different from what we know a Rolex to be. This model makes me discover another side of the brand, to be honest. Knowing it as a daring watchmaker, I discover its sensitive side through the 114200 models. The watch emits a distinguished aura. But compared to the Daytona, whose aura is expressive and loud, the 114200’s aura is more reserved and calm.
Talking about versatility, the replica watch saves me, for the fourth week in a row, from the torment of matching the watch with my outfits every morning. Before having bought it, I could spend half an hour combining the outfit with the watches I have. But, the 114200 replica watch fits with absolutely everything, literally.
I just put it on my wrist without considering what I’m wearing and voila: I know I look distinguished thanks to its aura that complements any type of outfit.

Just like its original counterpart, the 114200 imitation bracelet is made of 904l stainless steel. The architecture of the bracelet is much more modest and calm than the famous President or Jubilee bracelets. Don’t expect a complicated and twisted dial on the 114200 replica model. On the contrary, expect a clean and calm face, where the biggest attraction is the gorgeous Roman hour markers. For me personally, this dial model is enough to look exquisite, refined, and tasteful.
The only element that diversifies the monotony a bit is the crown at 12 o’clock, which suggests that the watch is a Rolex. In contrast to the original model, in which the hour markers are made of white gold, the hour markers in this replica watch are made of a different material. I’m not sure which one, but it seems to be either polished stainless steel or silver.
Comparing both models carefully, I cannot say that the hour markers are perfectly identical. The replica hour markers look darker than in the original one and are attached plane to the dial. In contrast, these look a bit more convex in the original model, when you look at it from different angles.
On the outer edge of the dial, the model has some markings placed every 5 minutes. In the original version, these markings look more “airy”, reminiscent of a 3D effect. In the replica watch, these are more plain, just like the hour markers.
Another small difference in the dials of the 2 watches is the inscription of the brand name and other inscription details. On my watch, these have a lighter font of black. After all, it’s still black, but it’s less intense. This difference is practically invisible to a person who doesn’t know much about color palettes and shades. Though, I did notice it because I am very pedantic, especially regarding the watches that I buy for myself.
Hands of the 114200 replica watch
The hands of this watch are very subtle and look very elegant. First of all, I like that they are very noticeable due to the contrast between them and the white dial plate. Even if the watch is relatively small, I assure you that you will not have problems with small hands visibility.
The hour hand is the thickest and shortest of all 3 hands. In contrast, the one for the seconds is the most elegant with its length and suppleness. And the minute hand is the cutest because it starts with a wider thickness and ends with a sharp tip, as if it were a needle. A watch connoisseur knows that the sophistication of a watch lies in its details. It is the details that won me over in this model.
Technical details
My replica watch runs on an Automatic Swiss Made ETA Movement. After the first weeks of using the watch, I noticed that the imitation recorded an error of +/- 8 seconds per day. At first, I was a little stressed, because I had not had problems with mechanisms like this before. I didn’t understand where the error was coming from until I realized that my wife used to put the watch crown down on the bedside table when we went to bed. After I instructed her that it is correct to put the crown up at night, the replica watch returned to its normal functioning. From then on, it provides +/- 3-sec accuracy.
As for the water resistance profile, the manufacturers told me that the imitation is 10 meters water resistant. I can’t confirm or deny this because I didn’t buy this watch to take it with me to the beach. What I can say for sure is that I wear it on my wrist when I wash my hands and when I cook. Until now, I have not registered any impacts related to contact with water.
Wearability and comfort
To be honest, I kind of forgot what it means to wear a relatively small watch. I have been always opting for watches from 39mm and above. That’s why the feeling that this unisex model gives me was different for me at first. But it didn’t take long for me to understand that a 34 mm case, in fact, offers the same comfort that a larger alternative does. I decided to get this model for myself for several reasons:
- -my wife used to “borrow” my watches;
- -I decided to add more small models to my collection;
- -it is a very rare model. I am very sensitive to rare and underrated models;
- – the quality of this replica is worth all the money.
- -its versatility is impressive. The fact that I put it on my wrist without thinking too much about matching it with my outfit comforts me a lot.
One last thought
Keep in mind that my wrist is not a big one. I’m not sure that this imitation will look good on a larger wrist. If you have such a wrist and it is the first time you are thinking about a 34mm watch, it is advisable to try one before buying.
You can test with any watch you want. It is important that it is 34mm, regardless of the design or type of bracelet. It is important to make sure that you feel comfortable with such a watch on your wrist. Personally, it took me a few hours to walk around with this imitation on my wrist to understand how I feel about it.
