I love the combination of red and black. I find it very imposing, somehow serious, and elegant, even if the watch has sporty notes.
At the same time, the square case with nicely rounded corners is a selling point of this model. You can find many bi-color knockoffs. But few of them have such a silhouette, so attention to your choice is guaranteed. What I would change about this model is the bezel. I would leave it the same color, except that I would opt for a ceramic material. The manufacturers opted for a steel bezel in this iteration. I hope they offer a ceramic one with the next release.
Diving into details
Like most Bell and Rose watches, this imitation offers a 42*42mm case. The watch comes in a thickness of 11mm. This thickness is somehow on the border between thick and acceptably thick. I think that considering the 42mm in width, the thickness is somehow quite proportional. At least, on my wrist, which is of normal size, the watch does not look too high. It bothers me a little that it doesn’t hide under the sleeve of a shirt. But if I wear a pullover, it goes under it without any problems. Either way, I don’t think this Bell and Ross is exactly the watch that needs to be hidden. Leave it for everyone to see to receive well-deserved compliments.

The square case is, without a doubt, an aesthetic advantage. At the same time, the casing is the element that impacted the water resistance profile of this knockoff. The manufacturers could not equip it with a resistance system, so the watch is only a daily proof. This means that the maximum you can do with it is to wash your hands under the water jet, but not to take it to the swimming pool if you ever planned it. Either way, I don’t see this watch for sports activities. It’s more of an office thing and shots in the bar on Friday night. So it is unlikely that it will suit you in the context of aquatic activities, and respectively the lack of water resistance does not bother me at all.
The aesthetic aspect of this knockoff is definitely its selling point. In addition to the attractive shape, it also has a wonderful polished finish with excellent processing, especially in the corners of the case. The bezel has an intense black-red color, with a phenomenally accurate transition.
Chromatic specifics
As I already told you, this knockoff looks impressive due to its color scheme. Apart from the chromatic play between red and black, the watch has a black-silver combination in its dial. Respectively, the dial plate is an intense black in which the hour markers contrast with a silver tone. This approach has an underlying logic, namely that of improving the readability of the watch.
In addition to the color contrast, the manufacturers also used a luminescent material in order to make the watch visible and attractive in low-light conditions. I was amazed to find out that the material is a white Swiss lume for the hour and minute hands, while the bar-shaped hour markers feature a blue Swiss lume. In all this game of colors, the date aperture in a round shape has an expressive white font, making the date visible from the multitude of elements on the dial.
I can only add that the execution of the dial is at the highest level. Correct inscriptions and markings, sizes of the hour markers ideally respected, as well as well-thought-out chromatic accents, exactly as in the authentic model.
Technical details
As good as the aesthetic execution of this knockoff is, I expected a promising technical architecture. And I was not mistaken. The watch is running on an Asian clone ETA 2836-2 automatic movement. I would be delighted to see a Swiss clone movement, but I can’t deny the efficiency of the Asian one either.
Bottom line
This Bell and Ross replica timepiece has a good chance of satisfying the demands and expectations of many watch lovers. It looks imposing, combines sporty and casual styles, and is quite promising in terms of quality. The only possible disadvantage would be its leather strap that adds visual volume and severity to the entire painting. I, for example, love to balance the imposing case with a more modest strap. In the case of this Bell and Ross, everything is exactly the opposite: the bracelet adds to the imposingness of the case.
However, some watch lovers see such a design as an absolute advantage. After all, this Bell and Ross is not at all modest. And the shape of the massive strap confirms it and adds an aesthetic accent.
On the whole, I like how this replica watch looks both with an office shirt and a leather jacket. I dare to say that it is a watch with personality and temperament that wins both by its chromatic accents and by its not-so-ordinary shape. The most beautiful part is that its quality is very good, both in the execution of the design and in its technical profile.
